The B & R Automation X20DI4653 is a model of a digital input module in the X20 series that has been developed to address a number of applications in the automation of industries. This module has four digital inputs and the operating voltage is 100 to 240 VAC making it suitable to work in any environment. The X20DI4653 has a frequency range of 47 to 63 Hz and therefore compatible with both the 50 Hz and 60 Hz power systems.

The digital inputs are connected through a 2-wire connection type and have a 240V keyed coding which ensures that the X20DI4653 will work within its required voltage range. It boasts of features such as an IP20 rating that shields the device against dust as well as solid objects. In addition, an isolated voltage of 2500 VAC between the channel and bus is offered for the duration up to 1 minute.
