The module has 128 MB of DDR3 SDRAM to ensure that it is capable of handling different applications effectively. It has 1 GB of the onboard flash drive for data and program storage and 16 kB of FRAM for the storage of the remaining variables. The X20CP1381 has several inputs and outputs that can be used with this device. It has 14 standard digital inputs with 24VDC power supply and sink configuration and 4 high-speed digital inputs with response time of 2 us which is suitable for applications that require high speed control.
