The X20CP1301 is a powerful and compact controller from X20 series of B&R Automation. It hails from a really capable series of standard industrial control units and is amply equipped with the necessary hardware and software to tackle complex industrial challenges. The unit is equipped with all necessary communication channels and it can also expand with an interface module from the X20 series protfolio. The unit has 30 digital input and outputs and 2 analogue inputs integrated in its design. The unit is flexible enough to extend its use in application with standard applications to high performance requirements. It can be programmed using the B&R Automation studio programming tool that is user friendly and convenient.

The X20CP1301 has a slot for interface module and comes with all necessary communication channels. The communication channels include 2 x USB, 1 x RS232, 1 x Ethernet 10/100 BASE-T and 1 x PowerLink. The X20CP1301 has a intel x86 200 MHz processor with 128MB DDR3 RAM and 16 kb of FRAM. it also has a onboard flash drive of 1 GB. The unit consumes a power of only 4.3 W and comes with the option to be mounted both horizontally and vertically. The X20CP1301 can operate at a temperature range of 0 to 50 degree celsius in vertical orientation and 0 to 60 degree celsius in horizontal orientation.
