This module is fitted with 512MB of DDR3 RAM which is sufficient for the module to function optimally and 64kB of FRAM to store data that is important and does not fade when power is interrupted. The module has 2 GB of onboard flash memory for storing programs and data. To meet all the possible communication requirements, the X20CP0484-1 has some interfaces.
