The X20BC8084 is a specific POWERLINK interface module that provides connectivity and redundancy for industrial network connections. This module has one POWERLINK interface and permits active hub modules which are important for increasing the network size and increasing redundancy.

The X20BC8084 has a link selector for POWERLINK cable redundancy; in the event of a cable failure, the network remains active. This capability is crucial in severe industrial applications where the robustness and availability of the systems are significant. It has two RJ45 ports which are essential in establishing a stable data transfer channel.
