The X20BC1083 is a highly developed POWERLINK-controlled node capable of providing complex network services in industrial communication systems. This bus controller has the capacity of up to two slots for interface modules and is, therefore, very flexible in its design to suit various industrial applications.

The X20BC1083 offers dual shielded RJ45 ports working in the hub mode and allows for a cable distance of up to 100 meters between two stations, which helps to develop extensive networks suitable for industrial applications. The controller offers a reliable data transfer rate of 100 Mbit/s and uses the 100BASE-TX physical layer, which is suitable for reliable and fast network connections. The power consumption of the module is set at 2 watts to suit the needs of energy-saving environments.
