Product Description
The 2AT610.6/Z is a temperature measuring module of the year 2010, which is an Analog Input Module, and it has got 16 differential inputs for the type J, L, and K thermocouples over a range of -200 to +1300 C. This module is listed by C-UL-US and can be used with base plate modules BP200, BP201, or BP210 but terminal blocks need to be ordered separately. It has got 16 inputs arranged in four groups, each having four channels. The input signal ranges between nominally -15 mV to +55 mV with an allowable range of -20 V to +20 V. Differential input resistance is greater than one Mega 1/2 while inputs are filtered through Bessel low pass 2nd order filter having a cutoff frequency of 8 Hz.
For DC, common mode rejection is better than or equal to 80 dB, whereas at 50Hz, it stands at a minimum of 75dB. The module supports maximum modulation ~50V compared against ground and between electrically isolated groups with common mode control ~9V between channels within the group. Electrical isolation exists between input & PCC, combined group1&3, and combined group2&4, but not inside individual groups.
Measurement procedure involves voltage/frequency converter integration where adjustable measurement times per channel are set at either 20msec, 16.67msec, 10ms, or 8.33ms. Internal resolution surpasses 14 bits; internally quantized around 2.936uV with output resolution being 0.1C for temperature measurement. The module incorporates internal reference junctions that determine temperatures separately for each channel with accuracy ~4C across the working range & typically +3C/-1C at 25C. Status indicators include: terminal ok (red), RUN LED (green) plus ten yellow status LEDs. Operation modes are AT600 compatible (standard setting) as well as AT610.8W power is consumed by the module at most while its dimensions are 285mm in height, 40mm in width & 185mm in depth.
