Product Description
The 2010 Digital Output Module 2AT600.6 is a reliable and strong device for various industrial applications. The module contains 32 relay outputs which can support either 120 VAC or 24 VDC with a maximum current of 2 A per output. It is listed under C-UL-US to ensure safety standards are met and can be used together with BP200, BP201, and BP210 base plate modules. It is divided into eight electrically isolated output groups each having four outputs thereby making it very flexible and dependable. These relay outputs are typically open but electrically isolated between themselves as well as between the PCC.
This module works at nominal switching voltages of 120 VAC/24 VDC or less than that value while its highest value should not exceed 144 VAC/30 VDC. For continuous current rating per group, this device can handle up to an average of eight amperes where each output has two amperes whereas the whole machine should not draw more power than thirty-two amperes throughout all its outputs combined together simultaneously. Maximum power consumed during switching ranges from one milliampere minimum switchable load current (5 volts DC) to three-quarters thousand volt-amperes or ninety watts depending on application requirements these values may vary slightly due to different internal configurations within individual devices such as relays used.
Switching delay is approximately ten milliseconds while short circuit protection involves a slow-blow fuse (10 amps per group). Apart from external protective circuit required by this device, there are also certain voltage limits imposed on relay contacts i.e., they must remain below four hundred volts superimposed sinusoidal peak-to-peak voltage level (400VSS). In addition, contact resistance measured at maximum load should not exceed thirty milliohms.
