Product Description
The 2AI300.61-010 analog input module is a multifunctional tool developed for different applications in the industry. An example of an Analog Input Module is the 2010 model which offers 16 voltage inputs that can each have a range of ~10 V. The resolution of this device is 12 bits and it guarantees accurate data acquisition. It is accurate to ~0.25% at 20C and ~0.5% between 0 to 60C.
One distinguishing feature about this product would be its ability to store analog data in PCC in INT16 format so that application programming becomes much easier without having to refer back at what level the module resolved values into. For temperature measurements, readings are done in steps of 0.1C with 75 representing 75.0, a format supported by all temperature input modules.
A RUN LED light indicates whether or not the A/D converter is working on the module while default measurement frequency stands at every twenty milliseconds; this filters out 50 Hz hum commonly associated with European mains power but for areas fed with electricity from generators operating under frequencies equal to sixty cycles per second like Canada and USA conversion time may need adjustment down wards up to sixteen point six seven milliseconds. This device has low power consumption as it only uses up nine Watts maximum making it quite efficient when compared against other similar devices available today; also electrical isolation for input to PCC provides added safety measures during usage thus enhancing overall reliability levels even further still there's differential input resistance measured at one mega ohm coupled with an input filter having cut off frequency rated around four hundred hertz responsible for contributing towards higher precision measurements carried out by this module besides common mode rejection being forty decibels significant improvement over fifty hertz disturbances caused mostly due ground loops among others.
