Product Description
The Analog Input Module B&R 2AI300.6 is a high-performance device for the B&R system 2000 that can solve many industrial automation tasks. It was released in 2010 and has 16 voltage inputs with -10+10 V nominal range and -20+20 V min/max range. Such opportunities allow using this module in different situations. The resolution of twelve bits guarantees data acquisition precision. Conversion time takes only one millisecond, which allows to deal with tasks, where speed is important.
Reliability and accuracy were the main requirements when creating 2AI300.6 module. Its input resistance (differential mode) equals one megaohm; cutoff frequency - four hundred hertz (input filter). Measurement accuracy makes ~0,25% (at twenty degrees Celsius), but not more than ~0,5 % (in diapason from zero up to sixty Celsius degrees); common mode rejection ratio forty decibels at fifty Hertz. All these features show that device can give readings close to true values under various conditions typical for industrial environment.
Power consumed by this unit does not exceed nine watts thus energy saving should be taken into account while designing systems based on these devices. Dimensions are two hundred eighty-five millimeters high by forty millimeters wide by one hundred eighty five millimeters deep which makes it easy to integrate them into existing setups as well as universal for all kinds of industrial applications where space saving is recommended. Electrical insulation exists between inputs and PCC. It can work together with basic plates like BP200 or even better BP201 or BP210 depending on what kind configuration is needed since they provide additional flexibility allowing different combinations according specific requirements while ensuring compatibility between various components such as controller units or other IO modules themselves so that everything could work together without any problems during operation phase.
