The 3DI695.6 I/O module can house up to two groups of sixteen digital inputs that are galvanically separated and operate at 120 to 230 VAC. There is an individual status indicator in every channel for I/O monitoring and diagnostic purposes. Power supply consumption by the module amounts to a total of 1.5 W from inside the module plus another 4 W externally. In one group there is no isolation between channels whereas there is isolation between channels, input groups, and PLCs.
