The compact design at just 165 x 240 x 23 mm makes the 3BP155.41 easy to install inside electrical enclosures and control cabinets situated directly on the factory floor.
A key highlight of the 3BP155.41 system backplane is its C-UL-US safety listing for the North American market. This certification ensures the product meets electricity standards for safe operation of low voltage industrial control equipment. Power protection is provided by five 3V / 950 mAh lithium cells wired together, offering approximately 3 years of cumulative backup time. Integrating the cells directly on the backplane circuit board optimizes space while keeping replacement batteries easy to access down the road. The batteries recharge automatically whenever the 3BP155.41 itself receives power.
In terms of operating conditions, the 3BP155.41 handles the full spectrum of plant environments. It supports ambient temperatures spanning -20 degrees to +70 degrees Celsius whether utilizing battery backup power or standard electricity.
