With 9 slots, it can incorporate up to 7 specialized function modules through integrated main and expansion 7-slot backplanes. Offering 165 x 360 x 23mm dimensions, this system features operating temperatures ranging from -20 degrees C to +70 degrees C with battery or -20 degrees C to +60 degrees C without. It accommodates the addition of diverse I/O, control, sensing, motion, and other modules to meet application-specific requirements.

The built-in main backplane supports 7 system or I/O modules while the secondary expansion backplane handles another 7 I/O modules. This facilitates tailored configurations with the precise mix of modules an automation setup demands. Dedicated power supply modules provide consistent voltage to components. With its slim 23mm profile and 9 vertical slots, the 3BP152.4 achieves high density within a compact footprint. However, allow 20mm clearance on both left and right sides for ventilation and cable routing during panel installations.
