Constructed with a height of 115 mm, a width of 161.5 mm (including 8.5 mm for side sections and mounting screws), and a depth of 23 mm, this module rack ensures robust and stable installation. The modules are securely fastened by hanging them in the rack and screwing them into place using the threaded strips in the frame. The rack itself is mounted using integrated mechanics compatible with standard mounting rails, ensuring a seamless installation process. This module rack is C-UL-US Listed, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
For vertical installation, the width of the rack is 115 mm without screw-in modules and 146 mm with screw-in modules. The CPU is held securely in place by two screws to prevent slipping. Before securing the module rack, ensure that the threaded strips are pushed in and the left side section and screws for the right side section are pre-mounted.
In vertical setups, it is essential to arrange the modules with the controller at the lower end of the rack to optimize performance. The temperature range for vertical installation is restricted to 0 - 50 degrees C. If the controller is suspended in the module racks, an additional 22 mm should be added to the width of the rack when calculating the total height.
