Product Description
The HCMCO3-1A is a versatile twiddle box meant for industrial use and this specifically for control applications. It delivers optimal performance and resilience even in challenging environments. This module being equipped with eight output channels and working in the power range of 10-30V DC makes it suitable for a variety of analogue signal processing tasks. When designing the HCMCO3-1A, screw terminal connectors were used. These connectors create simple and secure connections in wiring which is a very important factor in keeping the industrial systems operational. With a response time of 5 milliseconds, this module is able to signal process over basic functions in a very timely manner which is a requisite feature for usage in real time applications. The module has an operating temperature range of -10 to 60 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius allowing it to cope with harsh environmental conditions. It is also impact resistant with a 15 g rating for 11 ms and vibration impact resistant at 2 g from 10 to 500 hertz making it very reliable in very harsh working environments especially in the industrial field.
You can say that the HCMCO3-1A is flush mounted as it measures 100 millimetres by 60 millimetres by 30 millimetres and so its enclosure is intended for mounting on a DIN rail armature, which is the standard in control panels. The enclosure is made from durable plastic material which ensures that the module is not only light weight but also immune to the environmental effects, HCMCO3 Arc Transmitter.
Apart from being CE, UKCA, and UL certified, the HCMCO3-1A electronic cooling system is designed and manufactured to meet international safety and performance standards and requirements. Unfortunately, this has been the case for large scale implantable devices that are expected to perform strong analogue input to output processing and vice versa such applications.
