The 80CM03002.21-01 is a 3-meter motor cable suited for stepper motors with integrated brakes and cable drag chains. It is manufactured by B & R Automation and comes with 4-pin and 2-pin connectors on the motor side. This simplifies installation and connection with a wide range of stepper motors and auxiliary devices. The cable offers exceptional durability owing to its outer protective jacket that is made of Polyurethane. The jacket protects the cable against environmental factors and prevents mechanical wear and abrasion.

This cable has a 13 A current-carrying capacity when mounted on a wall. When installed in a cable duct, the cable offers a load capacity of 11.5 A. In cable tray installations, it supports a current of 13.5 A. Users should adhere to these current guidelines based on their installation method to prevent overheating and damage to the cable. The cable comes with dual-layer shielding to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). This ensures the reliability of transmission and power delivery. This unit also has greater than 200 Mohm/km insulation resistance to enhance the safety of the cable.
