CM16 Motor Cable Series

The B&R CM16 Motor Cable Series addresses the demanding cabling needs of precision motion control applications with a UL/CSA certified motor cable suitable for integral use on machinery. Featuring a standardized 8-pin female Intercontec connector in size 1, it interfaces perfectly with B&R ACOPOS servo drives and matching servo motors. Its internally reinforced 4-conductor configuration using 4x 1.5 mm2 power wires and 2x 2 x 0.75 mm2 signal lines delivers sufficient ampacity and EMC protection for flows up to 10 Arms. This facilitates implementation of higher servo motor capacities within the same cable cross-section. The robust construction further enables withstanding mechanical stresses within cable drag chain environments. At a maximum length of 40 meters, flexible machine configurations over large footprints are possible.
