The ACOPOS servo drive 8V1045.00-2 is designed for high-performance motion control applications in industrial automation. This 8V1045.00-2 ACOPOS servo drive supports TT and TN network configurations, with a permissible mains input voltage of 3 x 400 VAC to 480 VAC ~ 10 % or 3 x 230 VAC ~ 10 %. It operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz ~ 4 % and can handle a maximum load of 5 kVA. The device includes an integrated line filter complying with EN 61800-3, category C3. With a mains inrush current of 7 A at 400 VAC and a power dissipation of approximately 180 W, it ensures efficient energy use. The DC bus capacitance is 235 uF, with a 24 VDC input voltage tolerance of ~ 25 % and a current consumption of 2.5 A plus additional current for the motor holding brake.

The switching frequencies range between 5 to 20 kHz, with insulation stress adhering to IEC TS 60034-25:2004 standards. The maximum motor line length is 25 meters, with overload, short-circuit, and ground fault protection integrated into the system. With a maximum output frequency of 598 Hz, it ensures smooth and precise motor operation. This 8V10 series ACOPOS servo drive also supports up to three limit switch inputs and two trigger inputs that offers further operational flexibility in complex systems.
