The 8MSA3S.E1-30 is a sophisticated three-phase evaporator motor designed with accuracy and efficiency in mind. It incorporates rare earth magnets made from NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) for optimum power, offering high peak torque at low inertia, giving it incredible responsiveness at high speeds.
It comes with either an EnDat or Resolver angle encoder fitted to it, which enables accurate control due to precise feedback provided by this drive into automation systems. The star connection design helps integrate power effectively, while its reduced friction torque improves energy efficiency and reduces wear. The 8MSA3S.E1-30 has a high dynamic torque output, especially at higher speeds, making it suitable for strenuous industrial applications. Except for the bearings, which are supported by deep groove ball bearings, other parts of this motor are non-wearing to ensure longevity under heavy-loaded conditions. Electrical power loss through the flange is effectively dissipated, ensuring optimal thermal management.
This unit can be used within a range of torques from 0.2 Nm to 115 Nm, providing flexibility across various applications. Electrical connectivity has been simplified with two TEC round connectors while being compatible with ACOPOS servo drive 8Vxxxx.00-x (model 1090) for easy control.
