Product Description
The B&R Automation ACOPOS P3 servo drive with the part number 8EI4X5HWDS0. 0700-1 is a state-of-the-art industrial automation tool developed to address demanding tasks. This servo drive is designed to work with a three-phase mains input voltage of 200VAC to 480VAC with a tolerance of ~10%.
It can withstand an installed load up to 10 kVA and has an inrush current maximum of 45 A, thus suitable for different industrial settings. This model allows for the connection of two motors which can each take in 2 kW of continuous power and 4. 5 A_eff of continuous current. It also supports peak currents of up to 12. 25 A_eff per motor and has a peak power of 5 kW. The servo drive is also protected with some safety features like overload protection, short circuit protection, and ground fault protection to enhance reliability and safety during operation. It has a maximum output frequency of 598 Hz, making it useful in high-speed applications. The braking system of the servo drive has internal and external variants with peak powers of 7 kW and 25 kW respectively, enabling it to perform well during rapid acceleration and deceleration. It also has output feedback via EnDat 2. 2 encoder interfaces with integrated position measuring capability and the capability to connect the encoder cables of up to 100m in length. In terms of environment, the servo drive is built to work in temperatures ranging from -25 degrees C to 55 degrees C and can be installed in any direction.
It is equipped to operate efficiently up to an altitude of 4000 meters thus making it suitable for use in any condition. This servo drive also meets the UL/C-UL-US and CSA standards, allowing the use of flexible and fine-stranded wires from 1. 5 to 6 mm^2, which proves the applicability of the material and its durability for the industrial environment. The product is available at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
