The B&R Automation ACOPOS P3 servo drive, model 8EI022HWD10. 0100 is designed for accurate motion control in industrial applications. This servo drive is intended to work with a three-phase input voltage of 200 VAC to 480 VAC and can handle a load of 5 kVA.

It operates within a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz and handles an inrush current of up to 45 A, which underlines the device's stability in challenging conditions. The DC bus capacitance of the servo drive is 470 uF which is used for voltage supply stabilization and performance improvement. It also incorporates a power supply system which is 24 VDC and can withstand a voltage variation of ~25% and it consumes a current of 1. 2 A, apart from the motor holding brake requirement. It connects to two motors, both of which can provide 1 kW of continuous power and 2. 2 A of continuous current. The system offers a stable operation across different operational frequencies, including 5 kHz, 10 kHz, and 20 kHz without degradation as the installation elevation rises. The EnDat 2. 2 encoder interfaces provide accurate information for high-demanding tasks and enable the connection of encoder cables of up to 100 meters in length.
