With the solid and precise construction of the 8AC132.60-1 ACOPOS plug-in module, very advanced analogue input capabilities are offered. For the proper measurement of the signal by the module, two analogue ports are included, wherever they show the range of voltage being ~10 V. It is supposed to support differential input configuration. The high 16-bit resolution that it has allows for the capture and processing of data accurately. The maximum sampling rate of the module is 100 kS/s per channel, which makes it possible to acquire information rapidly and reliably, as is necessary for use in dynamic applications.
The over 1 Mohm input impedance of the module makes it possible to minimize the loading effects of the signal source. Its overvoltage protection is rated at ~35 V to prevent any damages due to voltage spikes. The use of the 500 VDC isolation voltage makes sure that the module can be operated safely by design, thus ensuring that the system reliability is enhanced by this safety feature.
