The 8AC122.60-2 ACOPOS plug-in module is designed by B & R Automation for industrial control applications particularly in motion control systems. The 8AC122.60-2 ACOPOS plug-in module offers a wide range of features to support advanced control systems. It supports resolver and sine/cosine inputs with differential signal transmission that ensures high accuracy and precision. With an angular position resolution of 14 bits per revolution, this module ensures detailed and responsive feedback for position monitoring. The maximum cable length supported by this module is 100 meters and it operates within a power consumption limit of 2.5 W. The module is equipped with UP/DN LEDs for clear status indication and features differential voltage outputs with a typical voltage of 3.4 V at a frequency of 10 kHz. It supports a maximum output current of 50 mA. The resolver input operates at an input frequency of 10 kHz with an input voltage range of 3 to 7 Vrms and offers precision with a nominal transformation ratio of 0.5 ~ 10 %. It can handle humidity levels from 5 % to 85 % during operation, with higher tolerance levels during storage and transport. The electrical isolation feature is not provided for resolver inputs while sine/cosine inputs allow for common-mode voltage levels up to ~ 20 V.
