The B&R Automation 5PP320.0571-29 is the industrial controller specifically for demanding automation tasks. This product falls under the 5PP Series and has additional features and great performance for use in industrial applications. The 5PP320.0571-29 is powered with a Geode LX800 processor that operates at 500 MHz. This 32-bit x86 processor ensures stability and incorporates the MMX technology and the streaming SIMD extensions for enhancing the rate of calculations for complicated operations. It also has 128K of L1 cache and 128K of L2 cache that increases the rate of data processing. It does not require any active cooling elements; however, it does employ an external heat sink for cooling.

This controller on this device is accompanied by 256 MB DDR SDRAM, which is sufficient to meet the working needs and the functionality of multitasking on different applications.
