This unit has two available slots where PCI Express or PCI cards can be used based on the system bus and hence expansion scrambling is possible. It also has dedicated slots for Automation Panel Link, a slide in a compact slot, and a slide in slot extended the appeal of connectivity and the modularity of the device.

On the front of the controller from right to left are 2xcannon connector Rs232, 5x USB 2.0, 2 port Ethernet 10/100/1000 display output of RGB, DVI, and SDL. The provision of these ports makes it appropriate for multipurpose tasks that include industrial communication, display and control. The product requires 24 VDC supply for its operations reducing energy consumption and ensuring it can work for long hours.
