The 5PC810.SX01-00 is a small and robust industrial computing system suitable for environments that required good performance and various forms of connectivity. The system comes with a unit that accepts either PCI or PCIe card, thereby expanding the system depending on the requirements. Besides, the unit also comes with a small slide-in slot that allows the additional fitting of more components for industrial use.
As for the display connectivity, the 5PC810.SX01-00 contains DVI, smart display link and standard monitor interface in addition to offering some flexibility in what one can view. There are 2 RS232 ports and 5 USB ports included on the board thereby offering enough peripheral and communication devices connection. In addition, there are two Ethernet ports onboard working at 10/100/1000 Mbps which support a fast network essential for operating in industrial scope. The 5PC810.SX01-00 is powered using a 24 VDC source and is therefore designed to run passively cooled with the use of a heat sin and does not require a fan making it less of maintenance. The unit houses a lithium-ion battery core of 950 mAh which last for about 2.5 years to perform its functions as well as act as a backup in case of a power failure.
