The 5PC600.5X02-01 industrial PC unit operates with the Basic Input Output System (BIOS) boot loader, however the internal processor used in the unit depends on the CPU board integrated into it. During operation, the temperature in the PC unit is passively regulated by the heatsink present in the device, optionally however this device can be supported with an active fan kit. The use of the Fan kit is necessary when the unit is operated with additional components that are sensitive to heat. The 5PC600.5X02-01 PC unit contains about two Ethernet interfaces and 2 serial interfaces, it also features 2 USB interface that can transfer data at a maximum speed of about 480 Megabits per second.
