The 5MP050.0653-K05 is a mobile panel produced by B & R automation company to provide industrial operators with extensive control over the operation of industrial production and processing automation systems. This mobile panel functions as an operating and display device, it has a very rugged design that allows the panel to maintain optimum operation even after it is exposed to very harsh environmental conditions. The 5MP050.0653-K05 mobile panel also features a windows CE compatible electronic system. The housing of this mobile panel has a round shape, providing functional multi-grip which is suited for both left handled and right-handed operation. The suitability of the mobile panel to left and right handed operation is due to special enable switches that are arranged on both side of the device.

The 5MP050.0653-K05 mobile panel is a wired device that requires direct connection to the control cabinet using an appropriate connection cable. The display panel of this device features membrane keys with mechanical pressure points, it also features touch technology and a touch screen stylus pen which provides operators with more precise interaction with the mobile panel.

The 5MP050.0653-K05 display unit features Ethernet connection interface, it is also designed with a USB host for connecting various USB flash drives.
