5DL Link Module Series

The 5DL Link Module Series from B&R Automation presents a range of modular circuit boards designed to serve as core system components within machine automation devices and industrial PCs. One such example is the versatile 5DL Link Module board, equipped to function as the central controller for HMI terminals, operator panels and small industrial PCs. At its heart is an embedded NXP iMX25 processor optimized for visualization tasks. Supporting the CPU is up to 1GB of RAM along with compact flash and microSD options for reliable data storage. Robust power supply and connector designs ensure reliable long-term functionality. An efficient DC/DC converter regulator a wide industrial voltage ranges from 24V down to the low-level voltages required by the board’s electronics. DVI-I port provides high-resolution dual-link video output up to 2048x1536 for demanding visualization needs. Additional I/O includes RS-232/422/485 serial, USB and Ethernet. Operating temperatures range from 0 to 50°C.
