The 5D5211.03 is a sophisticated industrial display unit designed by B&R automation to ensure highly efficient and user-friendly industrial control. This device is very flexible in operation and is perfectly suited for use in different types of production and processing systems. Unlike traditional industrial display devices, the 5D5211.03 does not feature a keypad; instead, it is equipped with a high responsive touch screen technology that provides a very interactive control process. There are two main types of industrial controller units compatible with this product: the IPC5000 and IPC5600. It can be directly mounted on these industrial controllers or installed away from it for remote operation.

The 5D5211.03 industrial display unit is a Thin Film Transistor display, during operation it maintains a display resolution of about 800 x 600 pixels, and it can also display up to 262,000 separate colors. Under ideal operating conditions, this display unit can function at a top level for up to 50,000 power on hours. The front panel of the 5D5211.03 industrial display unit is designed to comfortably withstand any foreign solid interference and even liquid sprayed at it from any angle; however, the back panel belongs to the IP20 and can only withstand large solid materials.

The 5D5211.03 industrial display unit is equipped with a decor foil produced from polyester material; also, the background lighting of the display maintains a light intensity of approximately 300 candelas per minute. The 5D5211.03 display is safe for long-term use as it has anti-glare properties, which protects the eyes from damage on extended exposure. The total weight of this display unit is approximately 5.7 kilograms. The outer frame of this product is made from anodized aluminium.
