The 5D2510.10 is a display unit manufactured by B&R through an impressive combination of trusted past experience, and the latest technological advancement in the industry. The display unit is a very durable device that is combined with the IPC2000 and IPC2001 controller to form responsive automation system. The 5D2510.10 is a Thin Film Transistor display, it has a very bright background lightning of about 200 candelas per meter square and can maintain its high background light intensity for about 25,000 hours. During operation, this product can display more than 262,144 different colors at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.

The 5D2510.10 display can withstand harsh environmental conditions, its back panel is classified according to the IP20 protection, while the front panel meets the IP65 protection classification. The keypad on this display unit contain about 43 keys in total. These keys have a round geometry, there are also about 23 keys with indicative Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). The filter glass on the 5D2510.10 display is non-reflective, this reduces glare, and makes it easier to view the screen in bright light. The Non-reflective property also reduces eye strain and fatigue when the device is used for extended periods.

The 5D2510.10 display does not generate any heat during operation, however to avoid the built-up of ambient heat, the temperature around the display should be kept below 50 degrees celsius during operation. The use of this display unit should also be avoided in environments with humidity level above 90 percent.
