The 5D2500.17 is a new-generation industrial servo motor produced by B&R automation to improve industrial operation process by providing a user-friendly interface that can be used to easily monitor and send commands to industrial controllers in real time. This display unit is intended to be used specifically with the IPC2000 and IPC2001, maintains a high-resolution during operation and is capable of displaying more than 200,000 colors during operation. The 5D2500.17 display unit is produced with state-of-the-art technology and under ideal conditions, it is user friendly and has been certified to meet international quality standards before operation. The unique design of this display unit allows it to effectively withstand foreign interference and maintain optimum operation.

The 5D2500.17 display features a background lighting as high as 70 candela per meter square, also this background lightning has a service life of at least 10,000 hours. Front panel of this display unit can withstand dust and liquid interference directed at it from any angle. Also, the filter glass is a non-reflective glass that helps to maintain perfect visibility. Although the design of this display unit makes it able to withstand mild vibrations, it should be protected from extreme vibrations as these can cause permanent damage.

The 5D2500.17 display unit features a black design, its decor foil is also made from polyester material. Although the display does not feature touchscreen technology, it contains about 43 pressure sensitive keys that provides the operator with full control over the operation of the controller and the servo system. The permissible relative humidity of the controller is between 5 to about 85 percent, while the permissible ambient temperature falls between 0 to about 45 percent.
