The storage disk in this product has about 58,605,120 sectors, each sector has the capacity to store about 512 bytes of data, providing the disk with a total storage capacity of approximately 30 gigabytes. The track density on the 5A5001.15 disk is about 24,200 tracks per inch, also the bit density is about 592 kilobytes per inch. This hard disk is not designed for use in harsh industrial environments, if extreme vibrations and shocks are expected during operation, a silicon disk is advised.
