The 4PP065.0571-P74F is manufactured by B & R Automation as part of the 4PP series of Power Panels. This panel is designed for use as a controller and operator module in a wide range of automation industrial applications. The panel features a space-saving compact design that features a 5.7-inch QVGA color TFT display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The display has touch functionality, providing user-friendly navigation and control. This unit is powered by a Geode LX800 processor running at 500 MHz that boasts low power consumption and excellent smooth-running performance. The panel offers multiple connectivity options offering flexibility in integration with other B&R products as well as control systems from other manufacturers.

This panel comes with a 128 MB DDR SDRAM, and 4 MB flash memory for firmware. This provides ample storage for the system operations, applications and data handling tasks. It is equipped for easy installation with flexible options for connectivity including 2 USB interfaces and a fast ethernet port that can be used to connect with higher level systems for seamless transmission of data. The panel can also accommodate remote I/O modules and drives which can be connected to the unit via the integrated POWERLINK interface.

The panel overlay conforms to DIN 42115 requirements so it offers up to 24-hour resistance to exposure to some chemicals permitting use in harsh environments. The front of the panel is also rated as IP 65 protected against dust and moisture. The unit comes with a Renata 950 mAh lithium-ion battery which offers a 4-year service life. The unit is also built to be easy-maintenance and comes with the B&R's Automation Studio programming and diagnostic tool.
