The 4PP035.E300-K12 Power Panel is a control panel designed and developed by B&R Industrial Automation for industrial automation applications. B&R Automation is recognized for delivering high-quality automation solutions. This power panel exemplifies their commitment to precision and reliability.
The 4PP035.E300-K12 power panel is equipped with a controller powered by a 3V lithium battery that offers data buffering capabilities. It includes a nonvolatile real-time clock with a 1-second resolution. It features voltage monitoring that triggers a Non-Maskable Interrupt (NMI) when the supply voltage drops below 15 VDC. The system does not support bus expansions and operates with a typical instruction cycle time of 0.8 us to ensure fast and efficient processing. The memory configuration includes 448 kB of system PROM, 1024 kB of user PROM, and 300 kB of user RAM. The panel's display is a monochrome LCD with a resolution of 160 x 80 pixels. It features a European/Cyrillic character set and LED backlighting for clear visibility. In terms of interfaces and inputs, the 4PP035.E300-K12 power panel provides an RS232 interface with a 9-pin male DSUB connector. It supports a maximum baud rate of 115.2 kbit/s without electrical isolation.
The 4PP035.E300-K12 power panel includes 8 digital inputs with a nominal voltage of 24 VDC which is capable of operating with sink or source input circuits. Input filtering varies between channels, with some channels offering input current of approximately 10 mA and others around 5 mA. Additionally, the 4PP035.E300-K12 power panel has 4 differential analog inputs, two of which can be configured for temperature measurement. It has a 12-bit digital converter and 150 us conversion time. The temperature measurement supports resistance in the range of 0-4000 Ohm and is compatible with KTY10-6 and Pt1000 sensors that adhere to IEC 61131-2 standards.
