4MP Mobile Panel Series

The 4MP Mobile Panel Series from B&R Automation provides versatile connectivity solutions for mobile HMI panels. The series includes connection boxes like the 4MP Mobile PanelCBX0000-00, which allow Mobile Panels 7100, as well as 40/50 and 100/200 series models, to be used at different machine locations while maintaining integrated emergency stop functionality. Featuring IP65 protection, the connection boxes ensure operation is uninterrupted and critical safety circuits like emergency stop are never compromised when disconnecting and reconnecting Mobile Panels during use. This “hot plug” capability delivers maximum flexibility without sacrificing standards-compliant safeguarding that satisfies Category 3 PL d requirements. To enable safe connections in demanding industrial environments, the 4MP Mobile Panel connection boxes use circular push-pull connectors with locking mechanisms. Additional components like an emergency stop button and indicators are also integrated directly into the compactly designed boxes.
