0TB Terminal Block Series

B&R Automation's 0TB Terminal Block Series streamlines wiring for industrial automation applications. Featuring push-in style spring clamp terminals, these blocks allow fast, tool-free connection of conductors. Wires are easily inserted by hand and secured with the spring mechanism. For removal, a screwdriver releases the wire. This saves significant time versus traditional terminal blocks. Models with integrated PT1000 sensors enable precise temperature compensation at terminals. This improves measurement accuracy in environments with temperature fluctuations. Diagnostic LEDs clearly indicate status, while test points provide probe access for analyzers. The 0TB Series offers extensive labeling flexibility. Terminals can be individually marked, with the option for plain text printing. Custom laser etching is also available to identify terminal blocks. With up to 40 poles per compact block, the 0TB Series minimizes wiring volume in cabinets. The spring clamp connections provide reliable operation in harsh, high vibration environments.
