0RM GateManager Series

The GateManager product line from B&R Automation allows easy and secure remote access to machines and networks via the internet. Models feature integrated I/O, ethernet connections, and a firewall to control external access to the machine network. Configured in Automation Studio, the GateManager handles authenticated access to machines so service technicians can log in remotely to monitor performance and diagnose issues. Once installed, the GateManager requires one-time authentication to the B&R Service Portal. All parameters are stored in the machine's PLC, so replacing the physical GateManager is seamless. The firewall ensures external users can only communicate with the machine network if permitted by defined rules. This prevents unauthorized access while still enabling remote diagnostics, software updates, and maintenance procedures. For added flexibility, the GateManager Embedded software delivers the same functionality using B&R's Automation PCs. Available in BASIC and EXTENDED versions, GateManager Embedded is installed like any other software package. Licenses are managed through the GateManager portal.
