Product Description
The 0GH-AT600 is a 2010 analog input module developed by B&R Automation specifically for temperature measurement applications. This module features 16 inputs and is compatible with various temperature sensors, including Type L, J, and K sensors. It supports Type L sensors in accordance with DIN 43710 standards, offering a measurement range of -50.0 to +750.0 degrees C in 0.1 degrees C increments. This module ensures precise temperature readings with integrated linearization and terminal temperature compensation ranging from -20 to +90 degrees C, derived from an internal reference junction measurement. The module's design ensures that it maintains accuracy and reliability across a wide temperature range, making it a dependable choice for critical industrial applications.
The 0GH-AT600 operates with a measurement time per conversion of 20 msec and a maximum cycle time of 235 msec, allowing for efficient and timely data processing. Additionally, the module is designed to be used with shielded cables for all temperature sensor connections, ensuring accurate data transmission and minimizing electromagnetic interference. The shielding is configured for two inputs at a time, with the shield connection made on the terminal block, providing effective protection for the signals.
The module's status is indicated by the RUN LED, which confirms that the analog/digital converter is operational, while the terminal status LED offers additional diagnostic information. For optimal performance, it is essential to close open inputs to ensure proper grounding. Additionally, the eight shielded connections are rated equally and are connected through 100 ? resistors to ground, enhancing the reliability and stability of the system. With its comprehensive features and robust design, the 0GH-AT600 is an excellent choice for industrial temperature monitoring, providing both precision and dependability in various environments.
