The ZK7314-3031-C003 is an advanced model under the ZK Motor Cable Line from Beckhoff, specifically developed to address the most challenging applications in industrial automation systems, most especially those that employ EtherCAT technology. Sticking to the B23 installation size cable, this cable is equipped with a plug connector type. This configuration also enables a specific contact pattern, where the male and female contacts are at head A and the opposite at head B female+male which makes it suitable for use in most industrial devices. The number of positions on the face is set at “pins 4+PE+4” thus providing adequate contact for power and signal interconnection. The cable employs a crimp-type connection where wires are terminated, which is a more effective way of ensuring the wire terminations are well secured to provide a firm and long-lasting connection common in industrial applications.
