The model ZK4500-8025-0080 is a highly flexible motor cable designed for demanding industrial automation applications. The cable is manufactured with durability and performance in mind. This cable is ideal for use with a range of motors including AM807x, AL8064-1Ryz and the AX5000 series. It supports high performance systems with up to 5 million bending cycles that ensures longevity and reliable operation in dynamic environments.

This ZK series motor cable features a cross section of 4 x 4 mm² for power conductors and 2 x 1 mm² for signals along with 2 additional AWG22 conductors. The drag chain suitable design ensures flexibility with a minimum bending radius of 111 mm (7 times the cable’s outer diameter) and a maximum drag chain length of 20 meters horizontally and 5 meters vertically. The cable supports a maximum movement speed of 240 m/min and acceleration of up to 30 m/s² that makes it ideal for dynamic motion systems. The cable comes with a durable TPU jacket and has an outer diameter of approximately 15.9 mm. The motor cable is UL and CSA listed ensuring compliance with international safety standards and its construction is suitable for use with a motor choke over 25 meters.

The ZK4500-8025-0080 motor cable is equipped with three connector heads: Head A (M40 plug with female contact supporting 4+PE power positions, 4 signal positions and 2 data positions), Head B (with a 4-pin plug, pitch dimension of 7.62 mm and clamping yoke wire termination) and Head C (5-pin plug with a 3.5 mm pitch dimension).
