The ZK series cable construction features a tinned copper conductor with a cross section of 1 x 4 x 0.14 mm² (AWG26) and an outer diameter of 5.4 mm ± 0.3 mm. It is shielded with braided tinned copper wires offering 90 % optical coverage which ensures low electromagnetic interference and stable signal transmission. The cable is suitable for drag-chain use supporting a maximum acceleration of 10 m/s² and a speed of up to 15 m/s. It has a life cycle of 20 million cycles under specific conditions. The cable’s PUR (polyurethane) jacket is green and provides robust protection, being oil, acid and solvent-resistant in compliance with DIN standards. The cable operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +80 °C. The polypropylene insulation of the wire ensures high durability under continuous movement and it is compliant with CE and RoHS standards.
