The M-1400 000 Lightbus interface module is a reliable configurable system for fiber optic based communication in industrial environments. The model is manufactured in accordance with international standards such as DIN EN 50022 and 50035. This device ensures efficient data transmission between various control systems and peripheral devices.

The M-1400 series module features 32 configurable outputs with a 24 V DC operational voltage and a maximum output current of 500 mA per channel. The system is designed with watchdog functionality to ensure operational safety which resets outputs if no communication is detected for 100 milliseconds. It uses a fiber optic I/O system for data connections supporting transmission rates of up to 2.5 MBaud and response times of 25 microseconds for 32 bit data. The input delay is well optimized with two modes—0.7 milliseconds using the RC network and 6.8 milliseconds with input latch functionality. The system can handle both low and high input voltages with defined switching ranges from 0 - 8 V for low and 15 – 24 V for high. This ensures compatibility with a wide range of industrial control applications. The model’s fiber optic connections allow for up to 600 meters of range with glass fiber cables.

The M-1400 000 Lightbus interface module operates with an input current of 0.1 A which is efficient for standard industrial environments. It is housed in a compact cartridge measuring 270 mm x 76 mm x 68 mm making it easy to install into standard cartridge carriers. The operating temperature range of 0 to + 55 °C ensures functionality in typical industrial conditions while its storage range of - 20 to + 70 °C offers durability during downtime.
