Product Description
The Servomotor EtherCAT Terminal, EL7211, is designed for the AM8100 and AM3100 series motors. The peak voltage (IRMS) should be at least 4.5A for the implementation of this device. I2T model calculation is used for the monitoring of different parameters such as temperature, load, over-voltage, over-current, and under-current. This device has an Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) that focuses on the process-to-process communication from a server to a user’s computer, Can-over-EtherCAT (CoE). CoE creates an interface that can be used on different operating systems (OS).
What is a servo performance? The closed-loop system or feedback control mechanism is the main concept of a servo. The input of this device is varied using the feedback algorithms that bring variation in the current, and ultimately, torque, speed, and position. Different elements in a loop bring adjustment in the optimum performance. Moreover, the loops of the servo drive are nested, therefore the adjustments are made at each level of the loop system.
EL7201 is very much similar to EL7211, however, the systems have different specifications for its usage. The approximate weight of this device is 95g. It has a load type of permanent magnet-excited with a three-phase synchronous motor. There is only one input that links with the feedback system. The outputs are linked with servomotor and motor brake. The connection motor doesn’t include One Cable Technology (OCT) and is directly linked with the feeback system. 24V DC supplied to the device using power connectors. The supply voltage power of the DC source should be less than 50V. The special features include system-integration and compact modeling. The electrical isolation is provided by the energy bus (E-bus) / Serial bus. This product can be purchased from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
