The EL6652 EtherNet/IP-Master Terminal has a switched 2-port Ethernet connection and can thus be operated in a line with further Ethernet/IP nodes. The EL6652 is optionally also available as a slave version. Up to 16 simple EtherNet/IP-Slave devices can be connected via one generic node. The process data are configured by an EtherCAT master, allowing different process data and different sizes. The EL6652 supports both multicast and unicast connections. The device falls under IP20 protection rating. If needed to be installed in outdoor applications, a control cabinet of minimum IP54 rating should be used. This model comes with RJ45 type of two connectors. It uses EtherNet/IP communication protocol. The additional features includes LED status indicator which can be used to know the live status of device. The allowed operation temperature for this model ranges between -25 to +60 degree Celsius. This unit is easy to carry during installation and transportation due to its 75 g weight. This model can be powered via the E-bus. The manufacturer has provided electrical isolation of 500 V (E-bus/EtherNet).

The EL6652 terminal can be configured via EtherCAT master and consumes 400 mA of current with E-bus. It can bear relative humidity up to 95% with no condensation. This product is approved by CE and UL. Customers can rest assure as we deliver it in a safe packing. For storage or transportation, the container temperature must be maintained in between -25 to +80 degree Celsius.
