CX5020-1122 is an Embedded PC equipped with an Intel Atom® Z530 processor with a 1.6GHz clock rate. The Z530 processor features hyperthreading technology allowing unparalleled execution of software. It comes with a K -bus interface for Bus terminals, TwinCAT 2 PLC and TwinCAT 2 NC PTP runtime control software, and a Windows Embedded Standard 2009** operating system. Thanks to the TwinCAT runtime environment, you can use the PC for the implementation of PLC/Motion control projects. Technical specifications include a current supply of 2A, maximum power loss of 12.5W, and 24V DC power supply.
It has a slot for a compact flash card for its flash memory, 512MB RAM that can be expanded to 1GB, and an integrated 1-second UPS persistent memory. Like most CX series PCs, it has interfaces such as 4 USB connections, one DIV connection, 2 RJ45, and an optional interface. The optional interface allows for IP slave, audio interface, or PROFINET RT, controller connection. It comes with an IP 20 class protection, has CE, UL, approvals and markings, and TC3 40 performance class. The permissible conditions include an operating temperature of -25 to 60 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. This enables it to be used in climatically demanding environments. The humidity in the control cabinet should be free from condensation.
The CX5020-1122 features DIN rail mounting capabilities that allow you to install only required components. This design saves on space and installation cost. It performs control tasks thanks to the combination of hardware PLC and Industrial PC. Thanks to the integrated modular I/O system, it is possible to configure the CX5020-1122 to match specific needs.
