Product Description

The CX2030-0143 is a CX2000 series embedded PC from Beckhoff. The product encompasses a CPU module and a power supply module. The I/O connection for the unit is done through the E-bus or K-bus power supply module that is recognized automatically. This device has a dimension of 144 x 99 x 91 mm (W x H x D) and weighs close to 1165 grams. It has a protection class of IP 20. The unit also features a mid-performance (60) TC3 performance class. The left side of the CPU has a multi-pin connector to facilitate the connection of other optional modules.

 This embedded PC supports the connection of four modules in any order to its CPU. These modules are connected internally through a PCI Express. The CX2030-0143 device is compatible with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB 32-bit operating system and TwinCAT 2 NC I runtime control software. It features a 20GB flash memory and 128KB NOVRAM integrated persistent memory. The unit encompasses a diagnostics LED display for power, bus status, flash access and TC status. This product supports the direct connection of EtherCAT or Bus terminals. The high-performance CPU helps the device execute DIN66025 programs and perform interpolating 3D path movements.

 The optional Fieldbus interface is available in both master and slave versions. The CX2030-0143 PC unit can control many servo axes based on the required cycle time. The embedded PC houses an internal clock that has a battery backup for date and time. It is based on Intel-Sandy-Bridge-Microarchitecture and houses an Intel dual-core CPU. Two independent RJ45 ports are capable of operating at 10/100/1000 Mbits and supporting jumbo frames. This unit supports the operation of a VGA monitor by connecting an adaptor to the DVI-I port. This embedded PC has a warranty period of one year and can be shipped worldwide.
