Product Description

The CX2030-0115 features a TwinCAT 3 (XAR) runtime environment and an operating system of Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7. It comes with an Intel Core i7 261OUE CPU with 1.5GHz clock rate, 128KB NOVRAM integrated persistent memory, 2GB DDR3 RAM main memory, and flash memory of 20 or 40GB Cfast flashcard. Interfaces found on the module include two RJ45, one DVI-I, four USB 2.0, and a multi-optional interface. It features a passive cooling method, an internal exchangeable battery, a battery-backed clock, and a 24V DC power supply.

The CX2030-0115 has a maximum power consumption of 27W, an IP 20 protection category, and weighs approximately 1165g. Its ambient conditions include an operating temperature of -25 to 60 degrees, a storage temperature of -40 to 85 degrees, and relative humidity of 95% without condensation. Some of the approvals/markings on the embedded PC are CE and UL.  The extended operating temperature makes it ideal for climatically demanding conditions. It is intended to be mounted on a DIN rail in a control cabinet or terminal box. A space of 30mm should be left to allow optimal airflow and cooling. Thanks to the Industrial PC and hardware PLC integrated capabilities, the CX2030-0115 is ideal for control tasks.

This Beckhoff embedded PC should not be used in dusty or wet environments to ensure an extended lifespan. Only persons trained in electrical engineering should operate it. The CPU comprises memory and graphics controllers. The graphics controllers are designed to offer high performance. Thanks to its high performance, the CX2030-0115 can be used for interpolating 3-D path movements with the TwinCAT NC I runtime. For peace of mind, it comes with a one-year warranty.
