The CX9020-0115-1003 embedded PC by Beckhoff is a compact yet powerful industrial controller optimized for industrial automation tasks. It operates seamlessly with TwinCAT 3. The model is ideal for complex control and monitoring applications.
The model is equipped with a 1 GHz Arm® Cortex®-A8 processor to deliver efficient processing power for handling complex control systems. This model includes 1 GB of DDR3 RAM which is non expandable ensuring stable and reliable operations. It supports TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) for real time control applications adding flexibility for programming and integration with existing systems. The embedded PC runs on Windows Embedded Compact 7. It offers two microSD card slots with one 512 MB card included. This allows expandable flash memory to suit various data logging needs. The unit supports up to 2 A current supply for E-bus/K-bus connections. The model offers versatile interfaces including two RJ45 ports (10/100 Mbit/s), a DVI-D port for video output, four USB 2.0 ports and one optional interface for additional connectivity.
The CX9020-0115-1003 embedded PC is built to operate in challenging conditions with an operating temperature range from – 25 °C to + 60 °C and a storage range from – 40 °C to + 85 °C. Its compliance with EMC and vibration/shock resistance standards ensures it can handle industrial environments with ease. The IP20 protection rating guards against dust ingress while ATEX and IECEx certifications make it suitable for hazardous locations with potential gas and dust risks. The unit’s power consumption is efficient requiring a 24 V DC supply with a maximum consumption of 9 W when the UPS is loaded. The PC unit is both lightweight and compact weighing approximately 590 g and measuring 84 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm.
