The CX9020-0010 embedded PC operates with an ARM Cortex-A8 processor at 1 GHz featuring a single-core architecture. It includes 512 MB of expandable flash memory via two microSD card slots and has 1 GB of DDR3 RAM which is not expandable. The unit offers dual RJ45 ports with an internal switch supporting 10/100 Mbit/s, a DVI-D port, four USB 2.0 ports and an optional interface port for connectivity. The device uses passive cooling and is equipped with various diagnostic LEDs for monitoring power, TC status, flash access and bus status. An internal battery backed clock maintains time and date information. The model supports the Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system and can run TwinCAT 2 runtime software with TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) available for enhanced control software capabilities. The model’s I/O connections are facilitated through E-bus or K-bus with automatic recognition. It operates on a 24 V DC power supply with a tolerance range of – 15 % to + 20 %.

This CX9020-0010 embedded PC features 128 kB NOVRAM for non volatile memory and supports a current supply of up to 2 A for E-bus or K-bus connections. It has a maximum power consumption of 5 W increasing to 9 W with UPS loading. The unit dimensions are 84 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm and it weighs approximately 590 g. The model is designed for harsh environments with an operating temperature range from – 25 °C to + 60 °C storage temperatures from – 40 °C to + 85 °C and a relative humidity tolerance of up to 95 %, non-condensing.
